Saturday Night

When I checked my mail, I found out that Rosie moved out. So I went to meet her replacement, Bluebear.

Bluebear: I'm super stoked to meet you! Let's be friends!I was going to go to the island, but I seem to have misplaced my Game Boy Advance. So I just went around town, picking up weeds and talking to some of my neighbors. Hank told me about an upcoming carpet sale at Nook’s, Tom didn’t want to talk because he was in a bad mood, and Kody showed me a letter he received:

Hi Kody, you're a great friend...for me to poop on! -From ScottI found the red money rock, but it was in a bad location, so I was only able to get 5 money bags (2,300 bells) out of it.

With it being Saturday night, I decided to finish my evening by watching a K.K. performance. I let him pick a song, and he chose K.K. Faire.

K.K.: You tapped for tunes? Dig this one, man. K.K. Faire!K.K. singing as the credits roll.

A Wasted Opportunity

I hadn’t played Animal Crossing for a week, so I decided to do some late-night island hopping. I took some fruit to the island for Ankha, as usual. But she kept planting flowers and trees instead of digging up and replacing the buried furniture.

I wonder if I’m forgetting to do something…I may need to consult a guide before my next trip. She only replaced a few items, and none of them were island items, so it was disappointing. I did make about 10,000 bells, but that was no consolation. In my opinion, the island items are harder to get than the igloo or summer camper items. It’s a lot of tedious work. :/

Cherry Blossom Festival

I started up the game and saw all the pink petals falling to the ground. My town was looking really nice with all the pink and golden trees.

Pink and golden trees. After talking to a few of my animals, I made my way over to the Cherry Blossom Festival. Baabara, Sydney, Emerald, and Static were seated at the tables, and Hank was busting out some intense chicken dance moves.

Hank dances in the background as I talk to Emerald. After enjoying the festival for a couple minutes, I moved north, toward the police station. All of a sudden, Tom flew out of nowhere, ran up to Copper, and apparently gave him a kiss! At least that’s what it looked like, haha.

Tom kissing Copper? After that, I went to meet my newest neighbor, Rosie, a blue cat. (Winnie moved out since last time).
