Meteor Shower

Tonight was the annual meteor shower event.

Good evening. The summer meteor shower reaches its peak tonight! Come watch it by the lake! After changing out of my zipper shirt and into the li’l bro’s shirt, I headed over to the lake to watch the meteors. The music that plays during this event is really cool; I had forgotten how much I liked it. In addition to Tortimer, four of my villagers were also in attendance: Genji, Sydney, Tom, and Baabara. While the meteor showers aren’t the most exciting Animal Crossing event, it is an enjoyable and peaceful thing to behold.

Tortimer: I love shooting stars... Huh? No! Not shooting AT them!Watching the shooting stars with some of my villagers.

I woke up early to participate in the morning aerobics, like I’ve been doing most of the week. Hank, Maple, Static, and Sydney were participating. I got my 6th stamp on my exercise card. Just eight more to go.

Doing aerobics at the wishing well.Update: I’ve made an animated GIF that shows this scene in action. It’s taken from my Morning Aerobics video that I posted later in the month.

I also dug up the daily glowing spot. A ball was nearby, so I kicked it into the hole. It looked like a soccer ball meteorite.

A soccer ball meteorite?I then saved my game and went back to sleep. Later on in the day, I stopped in the summer camper’s tent. Gwen was the visitor this weekend.

Gwen: What? Why isn't this the...? That's not fair! I'm supposed to win.I played her games for an hour and ended up winning quite a few items…

A bunch of items I won from Gwen's camper games.Unfortunately I didn’t get the one item I was trying for. What a waste. There’s only three more weekends of summer campers left. I then tried to push some animals into the river. Still no luck getting that glitch to work. I then ended my day by doing some high-altitude fishing.
