I got the letter from the Happy Room Academy, telling me that my house scored 23,918 points. That’s actually not very good, but I don’t care what the HRA says anyway.
I went to the island to store some things from my previous house that were taking up pocket space. I also changed out of the red aloha shirt and into the checkered shirt.
I stopped in the tent to see this week’s summer camper, Friga the penguin. I played a couple of games with her and she took a couple of items from me.
Today I got Bunnie’s goodbye letter, so she is gone already. I went to meet Freckles, her replacement. Freckles actually lived in my town a long, long time ago. But she didn’t remember me.
I wanted to finish up my house, so I started moving some things around. I realized I was short one music player, so I went to Nook’s and ordered a CD player. I saved and quit so I could receive it. But then I noticed I would need another grass model for the basement. So again, I went to Nook’s, placed an order, saved and quit my game. Finally I had everything I need. Here are a few pictures:

I knew Wendell would be in town today, so I made sure to catch a fish for him. It ended up being a catfish. I started walking around town, pulling weeds and talking to some of my villagers. To my surprise, I saw a yellow tent. I didn’t even realize summer camping season had started already.
I went inside and saw that Gaston was this weekend’s camper. I didn’t play any of the games this time, but I will do that at some point this summer.
I went to the police station to ask Copper where Wendell was; he told me acre D-3. I went there and saw Wendell on the bridge.
I gave him the catfish and he gave me…the tropical vista!!! Exactly what I needed for my island room in my house! That was so lucky! After putting it in my house, I decided to go back to the island to clean up a bunch of the items I left buried there when I was going through the whole island item process. It was raining hard and storming on the island. I grabbed the red aloha shirt from the island house and put it on.
I went back to the mainland and sold the extra items I didn’t need. That included several copies of Wario’s Woods and the other island exclusive items.
I then headed for home. I now have everything I need for my house tour video, but I’m still busy with some other things right now. It will be fairly soon though.
