Homeless Peaches & Inappropriate K.K.

I went to the city today, and Peaches was there AGAIN! This is crazy! I think there can only be one reasonable explanation: Peaches is homeless.

Peaches: I was hypnotized by shiny shoes the other day. I don't know whose feet they were on, but I followed them...Anyway, back in Forest, Nana gave me a free pinball machine. I watered my flowers, but there were no new black roses. Not many have been popping up lately. Later on, I went to watch K.K. perform. And he did more than just sing…

K.K.: Thing is... I don't know why I kissed you. It's just not on my set list, dig?

Lion on the Beach

I found Gulliver on the beach and gave him his missing spaceship part. In return, he gave me a Merlion. Of course I was hoping for the Metroid, but the Merlion is pretty cool too, so I can’t complain.

The Merlion (fountain) streams water onto my floor.I then opened my gate for Friday Night Forest. TZ and Bushido came in, and a little later, Robin came as well. Bushido informed me that Rhonda was all packed up and moving out! 😮

Rhonda: The boxes probably gave it away, but...I've decided to move, you valve. We did a lot of bug hunting and of course we hung out in my house for a while. At one point, we got disconnected. TZ and Robin came back, but Bushy didn’t.

Towards the end of the night, Robin called me into the town hall so I could witness her paying off her loan (I’ve done this before, haha). But then she said she was 2,000 bells short, so went and caught a few more bugs. She ended up with 16,000 additional bells, so she had plenty of money now…so I thought. Then she goes into town hall, pays all her money, and she says “Darn. Forgot it was actually 248,000 bells.” 😮 😛 😀

We then went into Scott’s (maze) house, where Robin was impressed by my giant dharma. We played both dharmas together and it was pretty funny. After a couple minutes, I was done on Wi-Fi. We said goodbye/goodnight, but it wouldn’t let me close the gate. I got a message saying “Before saving, please move the furniture that’s blocking your front door.” So we had to navigate back through the maze just so I could end the party. 😀

After I closed the gate, I decided to shake a few trees. I ended up getting a lemon table, but there were also two bees that came out. I actually caught the first one:

I caught a bee! Bzz! Bzz! Bzz!But the second one caught me.

I got stung by a bee! Ow! Ow ow ow!At this point, I ended my game. But here are a few other pics from tonight:

Gulliver Shot Down Over Forest. News at 11.

I got a letter in the mail from Pierce. He thanked me for giving him medicine the other day. He also sent me an orange chair.

Jeff! Thanks to you, I'm back to feeling fully PUMPED! Here's a little something for getting me back in fighting shape! -Keep it H-core, Pierce!I then went to the city today and Peaches was there again. That makes three times in the last four days for both Peaches and Marina. Peaches was there Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. Marina was there Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. So perhaps the animal rotation in the city isn’t as random as I thought.

Peaches: Summer means sales, and I mean to get myself a new wardrobe, neighbor! No visitors were in town today. And Pete was not anywhere to be found between 5:00 and 5:30. Those two things combined, according to the guide, assure the appearance of the UFO. And it was right. At 7:07, the UFO flew overhead and I shot it down. After a little looking, I found the spaceship part. I’ll be getting a new Gulliver item tomorrow. As always, I’m hoping for a Metroid. 🙂

Gulliver's UFO flies overhead.Mint then suggested a new nickname for me…Twinkles. No way! I don’t care how well thought out they are. She asked me to choose a nickname, so I went with J-Bot. It’s a nickname animals have given me before, and it’s better than most of the names they choose (cupcake, old dog), so I went with that.

Mint: "J-Bot"...? You like that better? Jeff: Much better!
