5 Animals, 2 People, 1 Bridge

Here’s a video of tonight’s fun, followed by today’s blog entry.

I shot down a balloon present today and got a coffee maker. Also, Nook’s had a giant dharma. I didn’t have it in my catalog, so I bought it. I left it out for Scott to put in his house. While watering my flowers, I saw a tarantula! I got my net out and snuck up on him.

I caught a tarantula! I don't wanna arm-wrestle this guy!Later on, Jorge invited me to his town.

A moon-themed room filled with pitfall seeds.Jorge has two animals that I really want: Tom and Agent S. I would steal them if I could, but Jorge only opens his gate about once every blue moon.

Tom: Hey! Don't come in yet! Sorry, I've still got to clean up in here. Come in now and you'll just get all dirty!Agent S: Or, hey! Maybe I'll just consider moving to Forest next time I get all restless! But there’s a price he has to pay for having two cool animals in his town: The rest of his animals are freaks. Well maybe not all of them, but a lot of them. There’s Coco, the rabbit that’s a gyroid wannabe, with no eyes, no face, and no brain. There’s Drift, the red frog with the ear-to-ear grin. And then there’s Elise, the scariest monkey you’ll ever see.

Anyway, Jorge stopped in Puddles’ house to make out with her for a while. We also exchanged some patterns at the Able Sisters’ shop. I gave him the bikini and gold brick patterns I got from Abbey’s town, and I took the blue flame pattern he had. “Uh it’s water flames,” I jokingly insisted.

We talked about Nintendo’s future Wii U system and hoped they didn’t just stick a “U” on the end of game titles. Mario U, Zelda U, ACU, etc. We figured out they will eventually release “Wii U Play Motion U Plus.” It’s only a matter of time.

While by a bridge, I noticed two of Jorge’s freaky animals. And as soon as I pointed that fact out, Coco appeared.

Coco: You must be new here... It's nice to meet you, skannnk! And then Elise. We started trapping them on/near the bridge. Eventually we ended up with five animals, two people, and one bridge. I tried to make things more interesting by making a corridor we could push them all into, but I messed up and they all escaped. Although Coco continued to stand in the same spot, long after she was freed.

Jeff: uh your animals scare meJeff: Freak show.Jeff: uh 5 counts of kidnapping.

Full House

It was time for Friday Night Forest once again, and I opened my gate around 10:00. TZ came in, and Bushido followed right behind. He brought Katie, who was reunited with her mother. I really dislike the whole missing kitten scenario.

TZ brought me some DLC hats from other regions. Robin came in as we were trying on hats. We went to Ables and then Nook’s, where Bushy bought an item. For some reason, it left behind two “sold out” signs. This must be a glitch.

Two sold out signs where one item was sitting until bought. This must be a glitch.About half of my villagers are now wearing bikinis. Bob is one of them.

Bob: You just can't get enough of me, huh, daddy? I seem to have that effect on people. We went into my house, and Robin wanted me to music glitch her. Bushy suggested I gave her K.K. Etude, so I did. It wasn’t long before she regretted the decision. In perhaps an attempt to punish us for giving her K.K. Etude nonstop, she started playing the Nyan Cat song over Wii Speak. So I did what any normal person would do in that situation…make Pop Tarts.

Jeff, standing near a toaster: Pop Tart time! She soon couldn’t stand K.K. Etude any more, so she left to go shut off her Wii and restart it so she could be free of the song. When she got back, we were mostly just catching fish and bugs. Lots of good ones were out. After a while, Robin wanted the music glitch again…but this time with Stale Cupcakes…a song she likes. Robin went into town hall to pay off her first mortgage (she recently restarted her town).

Robin celebrates after paying off her first mortgage in town hall. Not too long after, she had to leave. But as she was leaving, we got disconnected and lost a bunch of money/fish/bugs. Robin’s mortgage payment was also lost in the disconnection.

When I reopened, TZ came back to say she was done for the night. After she left, Robin came back in. Ronnie also joined in. We hung out for a while and went through the obstacle course in Scott’s house. We then went to Guest’s house and had a lot of fun with lag. Then we went hunting for fish and bugs, and I caught a shark. Robin soon had enough money to again pay off her mortgage, so we again went in town hall to watch and applaud her. 😛

We then went into Nook ‘n’ Go. It was playing the “Hurry up and get out!” music that indicates it’s closing soon. We decided to stay after hours. Nook didn’t kick us out since it was on Wi-Fi. After that, I decided to call it a night.

Jeff: After hours.

Party!

Abbey invited me over today, she was having a surprise (early) birthday party for Robin.

Jeff, Robin, Ronnie, and Abbey wearing party hats and holding balloons. The four of us eating at a table.

Abbey has got to be the best ACCF host ever. Not only did she have clothes, hats, and balloons for us, but she had activities planned.

Abbey: PIZZA. Jeff: piZZa. Robin: PIZZA. Ronnie: PIZZA.Jeff blushes after eating cake.

And not just a few activities, but non-stop. She had her town set to Saturday night, so we watched some K.K. We played sumo.

Jeff appears to hover upside-down as he jumps out of a pitfall.

We set off sparklers at the campfire.

Jeff, Robin, Abbey, and Ronnie setting off fireworks at the campfire.Robin had her birthday cake and blew out the candles. We had ice cream. We ate cake. She had party poppers for us. She had dandelions to blow. Just tons of creative stuff that made me look like a bad host in comparison. 😀

Jeff and Abbey in an outdoor pool (made out of patterns).Eventually, I went back to my town to water my flowers. I shot down a balloon present and got a bath mat. Exciting. I bought an iris chair from Nook’s, just since I didn’t have one in my catalog. I noticed my two cats, Rosie and Bob, were wearing the star-shaped, skimpy bikinis.  Pierce has yet to try them on, but he will. It’s only a matter of time.

Bob, wearing a bikini: I wish I could have helped that mom find her kid... But I'm...Rhonda: That's right! Whenever we talk, I'm gonna drop an ol' "McClog" bomb on you, McClog!
