Meteor Shower, Snowman, Gold Roses

There was a meteor shower in Forest tonight. I stopped on the bridge to watch a shooting star fly past.

A shooting star flies by, through the clear night sky.On my walk around town, I saw a happy cat and a sad cat:

A happy, whistling Bob standing next to a crying lost kitten, Katie.Poppy asked me for a new catchphrase. I tried to teach her “poopy,” but the game wouldn’t let me. So I added an extra “o” and it worked fine.

Poppy: Pooopy. Hm... I like the way it rolls off the tongue!I saw two snowballs near each other, so I made a snowman.

Snowman: But I never dreamed that I'd wind up this gorgeous! You, sire, are an artist! I can't thank you enough! If you’ve been reading this blog for a long time, you may know that one of my long-term goals is to line all my paths with gold roses that I bred myself. My collection has been growing lately, so I replaced the red roses leading to my museum with gold roses. I still have a bunch of other gold roses in certain areas of town, but I still have a long way to go.

The path to my museum lined with gold roses. Bob is standing in the light from the museum's open door.
