It’s St. Patrick’s Day today…but the game doesn’t seem to recognize that fact, so it’s a non-issue in City Folk. I went on and checked my mail; I got a goodbye letter from Poppy. She is no longer a Forest resident.
Anyway, I took the bus to the city, where it was raining. That saves me from having to water my flowers.
It was after 8 p.m. by the time I played, so I decided to stop by The Roost to watch K.K. perform. I already have all of the songs, so I just let him choose a song for me. I told him I was in a good mood, and he played K.K. Dixie for me.
I dropped off the aircheck off by Scott’s house, so he can have some music for his house. I then saw Bob and talked to him; he commented on the nice weather.
I talked to Egbert, and he told me he was talking to Olivia from Anville. He said she is a serious retro girl.
I was almost done playing, but I moved some flowers around first. I put some in the dirt left behind where Poppy’s house was. That will help the grass regrow faster. I also moved some more gold roses to along my paths.
