Bunny Day (Easter)

Happy Easter, everyone! Today is Bunny Day in Animal Crossing: City Folk. And that means Zipper T. Bunny is in town. He can be found near town hall.

Zipper: Crack open the eggs and peek inside! You might just find a surprise! Bring it here for a Bunny Day treat! Many “bunny eggs” will be buried all over town. It’s your job to dig them all up.

Look at that! I dug up a Bunny egg! From your inventory screen, you can open the eggs. Twelve of them will contain “bunny foils,” which you can take to Zipper to exchange for egg furniture. But most of the eggs will contain candy.

But I prefer to save mine for Halloween. So I dropped mine off near Guest’s house. Guest is my sugar daddy candy man. Candy storage man, I mean.

A bunch of candy I dropped on the ground behind Guest's house in Animal Crossing: City Folk.It took me a long time to find all twelve bunny foils. The last one was very hard to find. But I did eventually get them all.

Zipper: Guess what you've won! A special Bunny Day treat! After I exchanged them all (one at a time, what a pain!), I then sold my 12 items to Tom Nook. I earned 107,776 bells for the entire set.

Tom Nook: Ah, for all of that, I'll give you 107,776 bells! But of course I did a few other things today besides just participate in the Bunny Day festivities. I watered my flowers and went to the city to check the new emotions available at the theater. They didn’t have the ones I’m looking for.

Back in Forest, I also talked to many of my animals. Victoria asked me for a new greeting.

Victoria: Save the Queen!Bob asked me why Zipper only comes once a year. He asked if it was because we smell. We? Speak for yourself, stinky litter box boy!

Bob: Why does he only come around once a year? Is it 'cause...we smell? And then Yuka also asked me for a greeting. I really don’t like Yuka.

Yuka: So, that's our new greeting! "I'm annoying," OK?
