It was another dry day in Forest. I’m hoping the first snowfall of the season comes soon. So I went around town, watering my flowers. Avery approached me; he wanted to move out. I told him not to go, and he agreed to stay.
When I was done in Forest, I saved and quit my game for the day.
But I wasn’t done with Animal Crossing: City Folk just yet. You may know how I made a test town on my Wii U to test things out, called Bananas. That town was deleted when I moved Forest from my Wii to my Wii U. But I’ve decided to make a new town on my Wii, although it’s mainly just so that I can get the DLC that comes out. So this is Bananas 2.0:
I happen to like this town layout quite a bit. For one thing, it has an island–a boot shaped island. But more importantly, Nook’s, Ables, town hall, and the museum are all bunched up in the same area, all near the gate. I chose the house just below town hall, so my house is near everything as well. That is extremely convenient.
The starting villagers are Mallary, Puck, Fang, Rod, Wendy, and Peaches. Fang is cool and Puck has long been one of my favorite animals (I have him in my GameCube town).
So it is a nice town, but I still don’t plan on playing it much. You might see an occasional blog post about Bananas, but Forest will remain my main town.
