Tabby’s Tongue-Twister

Remember how Static talked Midge into wanting a pet mosquito? He’s been up to it again. This time, he got Midge wanting a tarantula!

Midge: I was talking to Static, and we decided it was a great idea for me to get a pet tarantula!

While visiting the city on Monday, I noticed that there were four squirrels there! Was GracieGrace handing out free nuts or something?

Four squirrels in the city.

Last night, I did some bug-catching and fishing. Some of my most valuable catches included a goliath beetle (6,000 bells), cyclommatus (8,000 bells), scorpion (8,000 bells), atlas beetle (8,000 bells), giant beetle (10,000 bells), and three rainbow stags (10,000 bells each)!

I caught a rainbow stag! Someone tell me, already! Where's the rainbow?!

Midge asked me for a new catchphrase to replace “buzz off,” so I told her to say “in my nest” instead.

I listened in on a conversation between Tabby and Kabuki on the bridge. Tabby was trying to get Kabuki to say a tongue-twister: “Six slimy snakes sell seashells by the seashore.” But Kabuki couldn’t do it.

Kabuki: Six scummy steaks... Slick stormy spats... Stinky skeleton snot...!

In all, I earned over 125,000 bells on the night. It would have been more, but I spent much of my time trying to catch a freshwater goby for Drift. But despite playing for over an hour, I never found a single one of them!

Tonight, I got a letter from Kitty. She thanked me for the medicine I’ve been taking her lately, and she rewarded me with a snowboard.

Static told me he was thinking of moving away! Is he nuts? Sorry squirrel-friend, but you’re not going anywhere!

Static: And moving's such a hassle, anyway. All right, you've convinced me. I'll stay in Forest!

Just a side note: Tabby seems to be very clumsy lately. Falling into holes, running into nets. Hmm, what’s gotten into her? 😉

I posted my latest video the other day, and it features my favorite Animal Crossing villagers for every letter of the alphabet…from Agent S to Zell! Here’s the video; I hope you enjoy it!
