In the mail, I received a snowman lamp from the snowman I built last week.
I then saw a fish shadow in the ocean that looked too big to be a sea bass, so I grabbed my rod and fished it out. It was a sea bass. 
When I ran into Portia on the ramp, she told me she made a decision: Sheâs going to go to fashion school! Good for you!
Astrid told me she bought something from Crazy Redd, and then she saw the same thing at Nookâs for half the price. She had some âshopperâs rage,â although I wish I could have seen exactly what she did. 
There was a new house in town, so I went inside to see Walkerâs replacement. I felt very lucky to find a villager that I like a lot: Itâs Lucky!
Forest is back to being a four-dog town now, as Lucky joins Goldie, Bones, and Portia. Not only that, but three of them are among my favorite dogs in the whole series! (Portia isnât quite a favorite, although I do like her too.) And Forest is also a five-canine town, with Wolfgang joining the four dogs. I guess life around here must be ruff, especially for any cats (watch out, Monique and Tom!).
I headed up to the Roost for K.K. Sliderâs Saturday night performance, and he played The K. Funk for me.

Try to enter his shop, and he will tell you that you need an invitation. Then go around and talk to your villagers, and hopefully one of them will send you one.
