Sunday was Bunny Day (aka Easter Sunday), and Zipper T. Bunny was in town for the occasion. One thing I love about the event in this game is how villagers throw shade at Zipper, (literally) behind Zipper’s back.

Roscoe even suggested Zipper might’ve had ear augmentation surgery.

My job was to dig up the bunny eggs that were buried all around town.

Some of them contain bunny foils, which can be given to Zipper for egg furniture. I managed to find ten of the 12 bunny foils.

I redeemed them for ten egg items, which I then sold for a total of 89,776 bells. As for the other eggs, they just had candy inside. I’m saving them for future use, since Halloween and Festivale both use candy.
Today, I received Gabi’s goodbye letter in the mail.

Now that April is here, many of the hardwood trees have pink leaves for cherry blossom season. They’re pretty!

Mint told me that she checked with the gatekeepers (Copper and Booker), and there were no visitors in town. That can mean that it might be a UFO day (or just a Pete day). But when I spoke with Mint again, she even suggested that we might have a rare visitor!

It was too late to check for Pete, so I couldn’t know for sure. But I decided to check for the UFO at 8:07, 9:02, 9:07, 10:02, and 10:07. No luck. If I knew for sure Pete didn’t come today, I might’ve kept trying. But without being sure, it probably wasn’t worth the time and effort. If it’s a UFO day, it usually comes the first hour or two anyway. So I think Mint was just messing with me.
