November is here now, and that means mushrooms are growing all around town. And one each day will be mush furniture in disguise, like this mush closet here.
I found a new house in the spot where Gabi lived earlier this year. Inside, I found Robin the…robin. However, there was no sign of Batman.
Robin has lived in Forest before, back in 2012-13. And Robin’s presence has given new meaning to Midge’s greeting, “We’re all birds.” 
Admittedly, Midge and Robin are the only birds in town right now. But that greeting will start to look prophetic if more birds continue to flock to town.
When I put some bells into my savings account, my balance reached 65 million bells.
Later on, I learned that Antonio locked himself out of his house. His catchphrase fit in quite well with his sentence, and he seemed to be asking if his key could be in a hole.
Of course, the key is actually in a river, not a hole. And I didn’t bother going fishing for it. Sorry, Antonio. 
Maybe you can sniff it out yourself.
I walked over to the Roost and asked K.K. Slider for a random song. He performed Aloha K.K. for me.
When I rode the bus out to the city, I ran into Drift there (one of my current Wild World villagers). He wished that just once, he could meet a date in front of the fountain. That does sound nice.
I guess he’s hoping to make a splash in the dating pool.
