Kicks Gives You Wings!

There was a heavy meteor shower in the sky above Forest tonight, and Celeste was in town to watch the shooting stars with me.

She gave me a D.I.Y. recipe for a satellite, and I was happy about that.

Kicks was also in town, so I stopped by his stand to see what he had. To my surprise, he had something new for October: Impish wings!

Even though they don’t sound like something Kicks would sell, they’re apparently classified as a backpack. I bought the black wings and put them on my back.

Nook’s Cranny had a spooky lantern set for sale, and I bought it…even though I’m not sure where I’ll put it just yet. If you’re not aware, the spooky furniture items are available both from crafting and from the shop. That’s very helpful, and it seems to be a rare thing for furniture in this game. However, they can not be ordered from the catalog.

At Able Sisters, I bought myself an orange football helmet.

Tybalt taught me the recipe for a spooky scarecrow. It only requires three orange pumpkins and four pieces of wood, so that’s not bad.

Later on, I ran into Wisp. However, he didn’t look happy to see me.

I was not expecting to see him tonight, for a couple reasons. For one thing, he was just here last night; so that means he showed up two nights in a row. Also, it’s not very often that you see Celeste and Wisp in town at the same time. I think this is only the 2nd time I’ve seen them both on the same night.

I gathered up his spirits for him, and it wasn’t very hard tonight. Most of them were clumped up together in the same area!

When I took the spirits back to him, he gave me a cute white wall.
