On Sunday night, Louie asked me to play a treasure hunt game. He gave me six minutes to find the buried treasure, and I needed most of that time. It took me four and a half minutes to find it, which is unusually long! But when I returned the gift to him, he opened it up…and gave me his photo! It’s a duplicate, but that’s still a nice gift.
Yesterday, Saharah was in town. I bought a flowing-river flooring and a dark-chocolate wall from her.
Today, Louie did something nice again: He sent me some art in the mail!
It was a robust statue, and it was authentic! Even more importantly, it was one that I needed for the museum! He also sent me a statue I needed in August too, so he’s been quite helpful lately!
Hornsby asked me to play a treasure hunt game today, but he only gave me three minutes. But this time, I only needed about `15 seconds to find the item! However, this prize was just an apron.
Over at Nook’s Cranny, Apollo said that the cat grass wasn’t grabbing him. He’s not a cat, so I didn’t think that was much of a surprise. I don’t know what he was expecting.
Jolly Redd was in town tonight, so I boarded his ship. He had three works of art that I already had in the museum (2 were fake, 1 was real), and he also had a moody painting. I wasn’t sure if it was real or fake, but I bought it regardless. I’ll find out tomorrow.
I had Wisp in my town on Sunday night and then again tonight. He gave me a rotary phone on Sunday and a blue diner wall tonight.
There is a new seasonal item available for the Day of the Dead: It’s a marigold decoration, and you can order it now through November 3rd.
