On Tuesday, Wardell told me that I can place a special order from his catalog. Apparently, I can order any items that I use for designing homes? It seems to let you choose any color variation of each item from the start, so that is helpful.

Yesterday, I posted a new video. I turned my castle into an Animal Crossing museum, highlighting some features and special characters that were introduced in each game. It’s a short video, so I hope you’ll give it a watch.

I recently got my first two packs of Series 5 amiibo cards, and this is who I got:
- Pack 1: Harvey, Marlo, Reneigh, Rio, Quinn, Frett
- Pack 2: Niko, Sasha, Shino, Chabwick, Tiansheng, Zoe
I got some good cards! And almost as if on cue, Admiral surprised me by telling me he wanted to move out of town. I never really wanted him in Forest to begin with, and I’ve already received his photo, so I had no qualms about letting him go after just three months.
Niko has taught me how to make marble pillars and island counters, and then gold pillars/counters as well. I have now learned all of Niko’s D.I.Y. recipes.
Today, I went in to say goodbye to Admiral. Good luck wherever you end up, Admiral!
Jolly Redd’s ship was in town, but he didn’t have any art that I needed. So I bought another fake ancient statue for my collection. 😛
Sasha was telling me how much he enjoys spring. He described it as “green fall.” 😛
I’ll be scanning a Series 5 amiibo card tomorrow, so I should be getting a new villager soon! 🙂
Ive only gotten one pack of every series except for welcome amiibo and Sanrio, but my acnh one had a very interesting story, basically I was just waiting for a animal crossing streamer I watch to start streaming, and I was talking to a viewer who helps him get nmts alot, even gave me like 200 for Bob before my switch broke, anyways long story short, I had the page for the (out of stock) amiibos on Amazon in the background, and I was bored so just went to refresh the page, and there they were, in stock! I quickly ordered a pack and like 2 days later it came, and behold I got both Isabelle and Raymond! Now Isabelle could finally has a home in achhd, also a town hall like yours XD
Wow, nice! It’s kinda funny that opening a pack either leads to elation or disappointment, and generally nothing in between. 😂 Congrats on getting Isabelle and Raymond!
I know right lol, I was so surprised and so happy, never was a huge raymond fan but like what.. how… ngl when I saw it was a cat I paused and was like “what’s cats were introduced in acnh??” Then I remembered raymond and was freaking out lol, I also got chrissy and tangy in my series 3 and 4 packs from best buy (during 2020 restock), my luck with amiibos is very odd.. ofc I still can’t pull a single common shaymin (my favorite pokemon) from pokemon card packs.. 😂

I’m curious, why haven’t you opened them? Are you just saving them as a collector’s item?
I have a unopened pack of Pokemon trading card game 25th anniversary, I don’t usually collect packs unopened, but when I heard the 25th ones were going out of print I knew I had to, not for future value but for memories in the future, probably not what’s happening in this case, but some people collect ALOT of sealed pkmn TCG stuff, I mean tons, like a whole shelf, who knows why honestly, some people do it for future value some do it cause they just like to, I’ve actually seen a collection where someone had a whole mini pokemon tcg shelf they got from a store, but it had tons of the Mario sports amiibo packs and tons of series 1-4 and acnh ones, also like 2 sanrio ones, I think most were sealed lol, tbf they were a huge amiibo fan, even had one of the store kiosks and made their display look like a store, very interesting.
Oh okay. I’m not good at keeping things sealed up, I always want to open up and at least take a look. 😛
Same here lol, I have absolutely no idea how people do that, I got a thing that comes with a pkmn tcg pack, an eevee card and an eevee coin sealed cause the pack art was my favorite pokemon shaymin (eevee used to be my favorite till I saw shaymin lol) but still every once in awhile I’m like “what if that pack has shaymin inside??? Omg no I need to open it to see.” 😅
