On Monday, I gave Midge a new catchphrase, “in the sky.” It’s one I’ve given her before, during her previous stint in Forest a couple years ago.
On Tuesday, Ketchup asked me to take her head bandages off her hands. Why weren’t the bandages on her head? π I know I’ve seen this line of dialogue before from Agent S, but it still made me chuckle.
Flick was in town, and I had 26 bugs, worth a whopping 210,000 bells, to sell him.
Yesterday, I had Zoe the anteater as a camper. She’s one of the returning villagers that was around on GameCube, but wasn’t seen again until New Horizons 2.0. But I did not invite her to move in.
Gulliver was in town, and I agreed to help him out by digging up the pieces of his communicator. But that was a more difficult challenge than it was last time. That’s because four of the first things I dug up were manila clams, not phone pieces! I even dug up a 5th clam before finding all of the communicator parts. But today, Gulliver sent me a Dala horse in the mail.
Today was Ketchup’s birthday, so I made sure to attend her party. Instead of French fries, I gave her a Tomato Festival tee this year. π
Fellow short peppy villager Agent S was also there to help Ketchup celebrate. She said she helped Ketchup decorate for the party, too. Aww, it’s cute to think of these two trying to hang up party decorations. π
Ketchup said this was her happiest day of the year. βΊοΈ
A few other quick notes about this week:
- My savings balance reached 63 million bells on Sunday.
- K.K. Slider performed “To the Edge” for me, Bob, and Louie.
- I didn’t buy turnips this week, but I did get 50 free ones at the hospital. I sold them yesterday for a moderate profit.
See you next time!
