To my surprise, Lopez asked about moving away yesterday. Even though I just said I could let him go now that I have his picture…I couldn’t do it. Not yet, anyway. I told him to stay. 😛
C.J. was in town, and he asked me to catch three big-time fish in a row. I caught two red snappers and a whale shark to complete the challenge. I grabbed a few fish out of storage, and sold him a total of 115k worth of fish.
Today, I was running around town, holding my net, when Hornsby pinged me. I pressed A to talk to him, but instead, I hit him with my net. 😮 He wasn’t mad after just one hit, of course, but the ping was negated. When I spoke with him, it was just the regular conversation prompt. Now I’ll never know what he was trying to tell me.
Gulliver was in town, so I helped him out by fetching his communicator parts. In return, he will be sending me a reward in the mail tomorrow.
Tybalt was sick with a cold, so I crafted some medicine for him. He gave me a soft-serve hat to thank me.
It also earned me 1,000 Nook Miles for fulfilling my 50th resident request. I don’t know what all counts as a request, because it’s surprising that there have only been 50 of them in 5+ months.
I went diving in the ocean and found a scallop on my 9th dive. Pascal showed up and wondered how you could possibly throw away a garbage can.
He gave me a D.I.Y. recipe for a mermaid bed in exchange for the scallop. I made it and put it in my house.
At Nook’s Cranny, I spent 64,000 bells on an arcade mahjong game for my arcade at the amusement park.
I decided to take inventory of my 50 regular design slots to see how/where they were being used. Here’s the breakdown:
- Rainbow Road: 22 designs (including Lakitu)
- Frog Race course: 10 designs
- AC Cemetery: 5 designs
- Sudden Valley: 3 designs
- Amusement park: 2 designs
- Sumo: 2 designs (includes directional sign by airport)
- Default designs: 2 (I use one for my flower garden)
- Town flag: 1 design
- Apple Lane: 1 design
- Beware of Sharks sign: 1 design
- Unused: 1 design

Requests are when a villager asks you to
1: Catch a fish or bug;
2: Do a treasure hunt
Or 3: Return an item to another villager.
4. Giving them medicine when sick.
I know that counts too, since that’s what got me the Nook Miles. The treasure hunt one surprises me.
It seems like accepting their trade offers should count too, but oh well. Thanks for the info.
Good news: Margie moved next to pecan and helped me get rid of some pear trees by killing them.(my town has too many not sarcastic)
Bad news: Bob is in my campsite BUT MY TOWN IS FULL WHAAAAAAAAAAA😢
Congrats on getting rid of the pears, haha. Can’t you still ask campers in even if your town is full in New Horizons?

Ah okay, I can understand that. I’m reluctant to do that too, although if I had a villager I *really* wanted, I’d probably go for it anyway.

And Tybalt is ur no. 4 ???? Interasting. Btw idk how i got a photot of my least fav villager in town but who cares now i have Ike s photo ! Btw from now on if u don t get an uchi villager to live in forest there will now be only uchi campers at ur campsite. And the photo thing is pretty random too . U need to do like 5 requests for a villager and give him some gifts and from then on u will have 5 – 8 % of getting thier photo in excange or after the completed request. It is pretty random.
Yeah, but next time Lopez asks will probably be different. Tybalt has really grown on me a lot! Although finding out that he’s my namesake (even if only in French versions) helped too.
Three Things I have to Say:
1. I am completely shocked that you said no to Lopez moving!
2. I am surprised that Midge was ranked so low. Especially lower then Apple and Tybalt.
3. How do you make so much money with CJ? I barely make anything when here’s here because I have no luck with expensive fish!

2. I still like Midge, it’s just that Apple, Keaton, and Tybalt have grown on me quite a bit! I like most of my villagers though.
3. Lately I’ve been saving all my sharks and other huge fish for C.J. So I sometimes have a few weeks worth saved up in my storage, all ready and waiting for him.
I got Static’s photo yesterday! Also I’m surprised that it’s been 4 months and Rizzo still hasn’t asked about moving away from your island. Considering how much you pit him!
