Stationary Unicycles

Festivale was on Monday, and all of my villagers were dressed up for the event and dancing in the streets. How cute!

Bones, Ketchup, and Bob dance during Festivale, as Static wraps up a chat with me.

Of course, Pavé the peacock was in town for the event. He wanted me to collect feathers for him, so I kept an eye out for them as I played.

I caught a rainbow feather! Viva Festivale!

I took many of my feathers back to Pavé, and he was a bit excited about them. 😛

Pave: VIVA RAINBOW!

I traded a bunch of feathers in for a handful of Festivale items, but I eventually got tired of the slow process of redeeming them. Pavé has to do his whole routine each time, so it can really drag on. I reached a point where I just decided to put my remaining feathers in storage.

On Tuesday, Pascal compared friends to the peach crisp of life. 😛

Pascal: If variety is the spice of life, then friends have gotta be, like, the peach crisp.

I saw him again yesterday, and he wondered why he sees stationary bikes, but not stationary unicycles. That’s a wheely good question. 😉

Pascal: I see a lot of stationary bicycles, but never any stationary unicycles. They must all be at the clown-college gym.

Right at 6:00 p.m. today, four of my villagers joined me for a concert in the rain. I asked K.K. for a random song, and he played “Mountain Song” for us.

K.K.: Right on. I'm tuned up and ready to roll. Who's in the mood for a little Mountain Song?

Here are a few other quick notes about this week:

  • On Wednesday, I returned a lost bag to Agent S. She rewarded me with a cycling shirt. Too bad it wasn’t a unicycling shirt. 😉
  • Yesterday, I played a treasure hunt game with Agent S. I won a parka undercoat.
  • I helped out Gulliver, and he sent me another geisha wig.
  • Today, I returned a lost item to June. She gave me a samurai hakama.
  • I shot down a balloon present that had 30,000 bells in it!

I recently posted a video ranking all of my villagers in each of my Animal Crossing towns across all five games. Check it out if you haven’t seen it yet.

See you next week!
