It’s Saturday night, and that means it’s K.K. night! I asked him for a random song, and he performed “Wandering” for me, Keaton, Bones, and Rizzo. I enjoyed how Rizzo seemed to be on the other side of K.K. from the rest of us. 😛

After the show, I shook a tree and something called “Yucca” fell out! That sounded a bit too close to Yuka for my tastes. But I checked it out, and it’s just a potted plant. 😛

I later wrapped it up and gave it to Midge. In return, she gave me a suit with stand-up collar.

Even though we’re nearly halfway through November, I still have only acquired two of the mushroom DIY recipes! And one of them was from Isabelle. It’s not looking good for me unlocking them all before November is over. Unless the pace picks up, that is…but I have no idea if/why it would.

I put on my island designer hat and I experimented with making some cliffs just south of the sumo ring. It could provide some seating to watch sumo battles from up in the air. It still looks pretty rough, and I may not keep it…but it’s worth playing around with to see if the idea pans out.

I put one of the spooky arches from that area in my house. The Happy Home Academy will be grading houses overnight, so I thought I better at least make a minor change.

When I went back outside, I caught my first blowfish. And of course, I made sure to donate it to the museum.

I was unable to give Bones a present today, because he was seated near K.K. for the entire time I played tonight. Until 11:00 p.m., that is, when he was sleeping in his house. 😛

I got the detailed painting in the mail from Jolly Redd today. As expected, Blathers told me it was a fake.

Label was in town, and yet again, she wanted me to wear a “vacation” outfit. She gave me a top coat to use as an example. So I checked my storage. I decided to add a top hat to go with the top coat, and I also changed into some hi-tech sneakers and denim pants. But Label was not impressed.

She didn’t give me another item, but she will be sending me a tailors ticket in the mail.

Wisp was in town tonight, and I collected his spirits for him. For my reward, he gave me a pennant.

I gave wrapped gifts to Agent S, Midge, Louie, and Bones. I had no luck getting any of their photos yet. But hey, at least I got a cool apron. 🙄

I even gave Rizzo a mushroom for being such a fun guy, and he seemed to like it. 😛

Yesterday, I received my reward from Gullivarrr. He sent me a pirate bandanna.

Keaton asked about moving out of town, but I told him to stay. He is someone that I will probably let move out eventually, but not just yet. Rizzo is the only one that I want to move out at this point.

Saharah was in town, and I made my usual purchases (buy the medium & large rugs, get the mysterious wallpaper for free, then buy the mysterious flooring). I ended up with a pink heart rug, industrial wall, yellow stripes rug, and swamp flooring.

Today, I found a lost item on the ground. It was a book that mentioned “xtreme xercises,” so I knew it belonged to a jock. I asked Louie about it, but he told me it was Tybalt’s book. I found Tybalt in Able Sisters, and I gave him the book. He gave me a cat dress to thank me for returning the book.

Redd’s ship was docked at the north beach today.

Of Redd’s four works of art, it appeared that the flowery painting was the only real one…and I already have that in the museum. Oof. I ended up buying a detailed painting, even though I’m 99% sure it’s fake. However, that wasn’t my only purchase in Redd’s ship/shop. I also bought a cassette player and a portable record player, because he had color variations I didn’t already have in my catalog.

I’m (very slowly) removing the Halloween decorations from around town. Today I finally changed the Death Valley and Decay Country signs back to Sudden Valley and D.K. Country. 😛

Note: Again, there will be no Friday Night Forest this week. Maybe next week (the 20th), but I’m not 100% sure yet. Whenever I do open up, I’ll probably have one last Halloween race tournament before removing the course. I also have a slight change planned to the course for that last day of racing.
