Gracie was over at town hall today, along with her car. But I didn’t bother speaking to her this time.
A new message of the week on the bulletin board said that exercise relieves stress, but nothing relieves exercise. 😛
When I had a chat with Chevre, she told me she was looking for some fossils.
But when I returned with one, there was no option to give it to her! I even had an identified one and an unidentified one in my pockets! So I don’t know why she couldn’t tell I was trying to fulfill her request. Help me help you…
There was a bonfire for sale in Nookington’s tonight, and it was putting out a lot of smoke. The bonfires in other Animal Crossing games don’t smoke like this, so I was a bit surprised to see all the pollution. This doesn’t seem very healthy for Timmy and Tommy to be working up here.
Outside, Kiki asked me for a new catchphrase. I told her to say “ki ki ki,” which is a reference to another Nintendo character named Kiki. (It’s a monkey from The Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past).
Kiki also asked me to deliver a letter to Rod for her. I did, and then when I returned to her, Kiki gave me a plaster wall as thanks.
Moe’s replacement has not moved into town yet, so there are still just seven animal villagers.
I made a 20,000 bell mortgage payment at town hall, and then I wrapped up my game for the night.
