I was surprised to find a goodbye letter from Nibbles in the mail today. She was not packed up last time, so I had no idea this was coming. Admittedly, she wasn’t one of my favorites, but it bothers me a bit that animals are leaving without notice lately, like Chevre did last month.
Kiki was sick, so I gave her some medicine. Now she can feel her toes again. Wait, was she sick or frostbitten? 😛
I saw that Wendell was in town, so I went fishing to catch some food for him. But the first fish I caught was a sea horse. That was my very first one, so I wasn’t about to give that away! But I soon caught a zebra turkeyfish and gave that to Wendell.
He gave me a left pattern, which is an arrow sign telling drivers people to turn left.
When I spoke with Static, he asked if I would rather be a pirate ninja or a zombie sasquatch.
Just to be different, I told him I’d be a zombie ‘squatch. He was glad to know where I stood on this important issue.
Near Nookington’s, Rod surprised me by giving me his picture!
Another surprise awaited me on the bulletin board. I certainly wasn’t expecting to see a cannibalism joke here. 😛
Then I donated my sea horse to the museum, made a 25,000 bell mortgage payment, and returned home. I went upstairs to take a look at Rod’s pic.
His favorite quote on the picture is “You’re not done ’til your muscles are screaming in agony.” How lovely.
