Rosie’s Pic

Last night, I received Baabara’s goodbye letter in the mail. And I can tell that she really wrote it herself, because it’s all about her. 😛

I found a note in a bottle on the beach, and it was from a “working stiff” who had to work 7.5 hours of overtime on Christmas Eve. Ouch, that’s rough.

I ran into Shrunk, but I didn’t ask him for any new emotions this time. I don’t even use the emotions I have. They’re pretty pointless without online play.

When I ran into Margie, she asked me what type of movies she would be in, if she was a film star. I’ve encountered this bit of dialogue several times before, and they always seem to get upset with either answer (action or romantic comedy). So I left the slider right in the middle, and she was pleased with that answer. She rewarded me with her favorite thing ever: a beige box.

Today, Margie was sick; I guess she just didn’t feel right without her favorite thing ever. 😛 But I gave her some medicine, so hopefully she’ll start to feel better soon.

Crazy Redd was in town with a dainty painting. I have no use for that one, so I left his tent without buying anything.

After making my rounds, I did some fishing and bug-catching. Unfortunately, I wasn’t catching anything new and I was feeling tired and disappointed. So I decided to make one last trip around town. And on that last trip, my luck changed. I caught my first arowana!

Only three more fish to go! On my way over to the museum to donate the arowana, Rosie pinged me. She gave me her picture!

After donating the arowna, I went home to take a look at the picture. I put it in my upstairs room with my nine other villager pics. The quote on the back says “To the president of the Rosie Fan Club.”

It’s a good thing I made that last trip around town!
