I received two letters in the mail today. One was from Crazy Redd, telling me this week’s password (“what’d you miss”), and the other was my monthly bank statement. I earned 40 bells of interest on my balance this month.

I headed over to Crazy Redd’s tent, and I saw that he had a rare painting for sale. For once, I think the word rare actually applied, because I believe this is the first time I’ve seen the rare painting in this game!
I bought it and rushed over to the museum to donate it. But Blathers quickly dashed my hopes and dreams. It was a fake!
I visited Margie, and she asked me for some new clothes. I usually don’t bother buying clothes for animals, but since I already had a crewel shirt in my pockets, I gave it to her. She seemed to like it, and she rewarded me with a heart hairpin.
Rosie was about to move out of town, but I got her to reconsider.
It was snowing in town, so I didn’t need to water any of my many wilted flowers. I did a little fishing, found all three of today’s fossils, and then headed home for the night.
Aw, I hate when you rush over to Blathers and he’s like, FAKE. And I’m like
Yeah, especially when it’s the first time in months that you got one you needed. Very disappointing.
I know Jeff didn’t play this game when it actually launched, but today everybody marks 13 years of Wild World launching in the US. Happy anniversary Wild World!
Nice! I didn’t even realize it. Happy anniversary, Wild World! And to Wild World players as well.
