Must-Flea TV

Benedict was telling me about a new TV show about catching bugs tonight. He said it’s about a flea that got out of its cage and makes its way back home.

Benedict: A flea that got out of its cage makes its way back home!
Back home where? To a dog or something?

But the flea missed its feedings and returned to the cage?

Benedict: But it missed its regular feedings and ran back to its cage, buhk buhk!
Sounds like must-flea TV!

Nookington’s had a spotlight product today, but it was just a jukebox. Sorry if my disappointment at the spotlight item each time is starting to feel like a broken record. 😛

Margie was all packed up and ready to move out of town, but I wasn’t about to let that happen. Four solid minutes of telling her not to go eventually paid off, and she agreed to stay. 😛

The results of last week’s Flower Fest were posted to the bulletin board, and Mathilda was the big winner! She is this year’s Green Thumb! Congrats, Mathilda! 👍

**Final Results** May the green laurels of Flower Fest victory rest upon the roof of Mathilda's garden!!

But that wasn’t the only interesting new post on the bulletin board. The latest Message of the Week gave a questionable money-saving tip: Eat rotten turnips.

*Message of the Week* Trying to save money? Eat your rotten turnips!
Um, no thanks.

Rolf told me that Mathilda and Bunnie seem like the best of friends, but he implied that deep down, they don’t really like each other. But then he admitted he was just making up rumors to entertain himself.

Rolf: Seriously, making up rumors is, like, pure Grade A entertainment! It's so fun!

Even though it’s Saturday night, I actually forgot to check out K.K. Slider’s show. Oops.

  1. So cool to see someone playing this game still in 2021! I dusted off my old copy and have been having a blast with my old town.

  2. How long did it take to line up your ACCF town paths with golden roses? I am trying to do the same thing but in my Wild World town!

    1. I think it took me 2 or 3 years to breed enough black roses. Then maybe a couple months or so to turn them gold. It’s a big undertaking, so good luck!
