On Sunday morning, I bought another red turnip from Joan. So I’ll be ready for Wendell the next time he shows up.
On Wednesday, Kid Cat asked me for some red furniture. I kept an eye out, and I ended buying him a red jackhammer from Nookington’s. He liked it, and in return, he gave me a red sofa. Wait, why is he giving away red furniture when he’s trying to collect it? Especially since he doesn’t have much of it yet!
Yesterday, Bob asked me if anyone has given me their picture before. I said yes, and he was hoping it wasn’t Peanut. 😛 He then said “well take this anyway,” and he gave me his picture! Wow! 😮
Moments later, I listened in on a conversation between Bob and Goldie. They were talking about spicy food, and Goldie said that her stomach can’t handle anything spicy. But Bob was determined to help Goldie train to handle any spice.
Since my villager photo room can’t hold any more items, I had to find a different place to put Bob’s pic. I was happy to find that I could put it on my mush end table, next to my bed. Bob’s favorite quote is “I’m a cat. Chillin’ is in my blood, man.”
That’s different from his quote in later games. But it sure is nice to have Bob’s pic now! 🙂
Goldie asked me to guess how much ice cream she wanted, and I left the slider right in the middle (in between tiny scoop and normal scoop). She said I was correct, and she rewarded me with a toilet.
Today, Kid Cat was packed up to move out of town. But I spoke to him over and over until he changed his mind.
Cyrano said he wanted to have a competition to catch a long locust for his niece. But it was too late in the day to find a long locust, so I declined the request. His response was to call me an antisocial freak.
Peanut has been sick lately, and believe it or not, it’s the first time anyone’s been sick in over a month! There’s usually someone in town that’s sick, so I was shocked that we’ve gone this long without any illnesses. But that stretch is over now, so I gave Peanut some medicine Wednesday, yesterday, and again today. Hopefully she’ll start to feel better soon.
