On Wednesday, Dotty showed me a weird letter she received from a traveling pastry chef. It said some things were better hollow…but not stomachs. 😛
Bones was over his cold, and he thanked me for the medicine by giving me some birch flooring.
Yesterday, Wolfgang told me that he’s learned a lot from me, so he said thanks. But with his catchphrase, it looked like he was thanking me for lunch. 😆
Without really even trying, I had a good fishing I night. I caught two gars in the river, less than a minute apart!
I also caught a hammerhead shark in the ocean.
Goose asked me to compete with him to see who could catch a moth first. Since it wasn’t raining, I knew I could catch one pretty easily. And indeed, I actually found one right outside of Goose’s house…and took it inside. He was defeated, and he gave me 510 bells for the win.
Today, Mitzi came down with the cold that Bones had. I can’t go more than a day without somebody being sick in this town. 😛 I gave Mitzi some medicine, and she started to feel better right away.
Goose again wanted to compete to catch a bug. This time, we were racing to catch a fruit beetle. And this bug was proving to be harder to track down. In fact, it took me 12 minutes to find one. So once I did take one back to Goose, he said he caught one a “long, long time ago.”
When I win these contests, I have to give him the bug/fish to prove I won. Yet he doesn’t even show me his beetle! I just have to take his word for it. That’s not fair! How do I know he’s not lying?
Soooooo, I started pushing him around a bit. And he told me to go climb a cliff. 😆
See you all next time!
