Right as I was heading to Re-Tail tonight, I heard a balloon and shot it down. I snapped the picture a bit late, but you can still see the path of my three deku seeds pellets.
As you probably know, I’m not too fond of my newest neighbor Canberra. But she earned some respect today. She said that Tabby looks like a red snapper; suspicious and weird! Thank you! I was happy to hear her say that. Because that means I didn’t have to say it. I almost wanted to give Canberra a high-five.
And on the other side of town hall, I found Tabby, all depressed. And believe it or not, I wasn’t even the cause of it this time! Then again, maybe she overheard what Canberra said.
Up in Re-Tail, Benedict showed interest in my golden clock. Perhaps he thought it was a golden cluck. At any rate, my asking price of 15,000 was too expensive for him. It’s really intended for Wi-Fi visitors though, in case any of them wants to buy it or trade it for a golden furniture piece that I need.
And in the cafe, Phyllis thought I was hitting on her! Me? Her?
After I was done working my shift and making my rounds, I decided to put in a new public works project. I scrolled through my list of choices and decided on the zen garden. I like the way it looks, but don’t expect many more zen items in my town. Everything zen? I don’t think so.
I stopped to catch an emperor butterfly as I searched for the right spot. Ultimately, I chose a location in the southeast part of town, just south of the town tree.
I paid it off right away and headed back to town hall. On my way, I ran into Molly. She offered to buy my emperor butterfly for 4,500 bells! They normally sell for 2,500 bells, so that’s a good deal. Sold!
I then went inside and Isabelle confirmed that the zen garden will be completed tomorrow.
After I update my dream town sometime tomorrow, you’ll be able to visit it yourself through the Dream Suite if you want. But even if you don’t, I’ll be sure to post another update tomorrow showing it off. I hope to see you then!
