Today, Molly told me she planned on moving out of town on March 16th. Naturally, I made her stay.
I went to Melly’s town Rotledge to drop off some flowers. I got to see more of her town than I did last time, and it’s really looking great.
While I was there, I checked her turnip prices at Re-Tail. Reese was buying them for 146 bells apiece, which isn’t a huge amount, but it is pretty good. So I sold my turnips and scored 160k.
When I returned to Forest, Kidd suggested a new public works project: Stonehenge.
I like Stonehenge, but I’m not sure if I want to put it in my town. At any rate, it’s not a priority. This is what it looks like, if you haven’t seen it before:
And Molly was sitting on the metal bench in front of the fountain.
She asked me to join her, so I did.
I soon spotted Katie walking around, and she wanted to go to another town. Karen offered to take her, so I took Katie to Mooville.
Once I returned home, Copper told me that rough waters will wash up foreign objects onto the shore. Is he calling Gulliver a foreign object?
So I went down to the beach to wake up Gulliver, and I found out he’s headed to China.
However, I’ve already received his gift from China (a red-tasseled lantern) back on August 15th! So this will be my first duplicate item from Gulliver, which apparently means I now have all of his items. Sweet! That was so much easier than it was in City Folk, that’s for sure!
Before I ended my day, I made a trip out to the island and I also updated my dream town at the Dream Suite. My most recent dream visitor was Ana from Cocoa. See you all next time!
