The fishing tournament was held today, and Molly was telling me she’ll probably be eating fish sandwiches all week.
When I made my way over to Chip at the plaza, I heard the bad news. This tournament isn’t about catching the biggest fish you can; it’s about catching black bass. So the sea bass and shark I caught last night won’t do me any good.
Kidd had the lead with a 21.45 inch black bass, and it took me about 15 minutes of fishing to beat it. Once I did, Chip gave me a puffer-fish TV as a reward.
A few minutes later, I topped that fish with a 22.4 inch fish. This time, Chip gave me a flounder table. The competition was only 15 minutes from ending, so I stopped my search at that point. Later on, I returned to the game for the winners ceremony. My fish remained in the top spot, and I won the tournament!
Kidd remained in second place and Molly got third. There was only about an inch difference between all of our fish, so it was a very close competition.
I took my fish furniture up to my museum exhibit to take a look at it. Here are the flounder table and puffer-fish TV:
In the Dream Suite, Luna told me that Hendrix from Okinawa was my most recent dream visitor.
I went down to the beach and stopped to take a picture of a balloon present flying by.
I went out to the island (by myself) and decided to go on an official scavenger hunt tour. I had six minutes to find the three items on my list. I found them all in exactly two minutes and I won 13 medals and a gold Tortimer award.
When I returned home, I took a look at two of T. Zelda’s recent designs: A SmashBall (from Super Smash Bros.) and a Rosalina tile. If you’d like these designs (or others), they are available on theĀ QR Codes page.
