Lost Item Stays Lost

Tonight, Amelia told me she recently had a chat with T Zelda. But she said they didn’t hit it off because she’s a bug whisperer. Uh, if you say so. :/

Amelia: We didn't really hit if off... She was a bit of a bug whisperer, if you ask me.Behind Amelia’s house, two of my perfect peach trees died. At the same time. Bummer.

Two dead perfect peach trees.Up at the Dream Suite, Luna told me that Alicia from Alabaste was my most recent dream visitor. And in the Happy Homes Showcase, Arnold from Fatville gave me this heart p. balloon.

My new heart p. balloon.I chatted with Amelia again, and she asked for a new greeting. I figured I’d call her Amelia Airhead.

Amelia: I'm an airhead! Yes, YOU over there! I'm an airhead!I found a lost item (a glove) on the ground, and I started asking my villagers if it belonged to them. But after asking Amelia, Molly, Sprinkle, Rolf, and Agent S, I still didn’t find the item’s owner. No one else was around, so I went to the museum to look for the others. I found Octavian in the bug room, and he thought I was a bug at first!

Octavian: Whoa! Big bug! BIG BUG! ...Wait, it's Jeff! But the glove wasn’t his. I continued on, and found Aurora in the art gallery. But it wasn’t hers either!

Aurora: Sorry. This isn't mine. The only animals left are Drago and Big Top, and they were both already in bed for the night. I’ll have to try them tomorrow.

There was no sign of Kabuki’s plot yet, but hopefully it will show up soon.

One last note: I’ve added a number of new designs to the QR Codes page recently, thanks to submissions from Beth, Ola, and Artista. So be sure to check them out!

The 3:33 Message from Aliens

Early this morning, I checked out something I’ve wanted to see for a long time: The aliens that appear on TV in the middle of the night! Well, at least on Sunday and Monday mornings. Normally the TV is just broadcasting static in the 3 a.m. hour, but at 3:33, you begin to see a UFO appear.

A UFO starts to appear on TV.You then see a shot of an alien standing there, apparently having been beamed down from his ship. Or maybe he’s just starting up a game of Alien Crossing.

An alien being beamed down from his ship on TV.Next, you’re “treated” to a close-up of an alien face. The alien actually talks to you, but my Alienese is a bit rusty. Close encounters of the 3DS kind!

Alien close-up on TV!
I think he just told me to argleblargleflip myself! How rude!

Much later on, I tracked down Joan. She was selling turnips for 92 bells each, and I bought 3,200 of them.

Joan: The asking price is 92 bells per turnip. What do you think, kiddo?Molly told me she was thinking of moving away on November 21st, but I talked her out of it.

Molly: OK, the move is off! After TZ visited on Friday night (after having Kabuki move out of her town a few days prior), I was expecting to find his house plot somewhere in my town yesterday or today. That hasn’t happened. But something just as good did happen: Kabuki was camping at the campsite! So I was able to play a game with him and I convinced him to move in!

Kabuki: All right. As I promised, I'll move to Forest!Up at the Dream Suite, Luna told me that Jake from Scandia recently visited my dream town.

And behind the coffee shop, Sprinkle was comparing herself to Cinderella! Keep dreaming, penguin.

Sprinkle: But I would so NOT want to be in that girl's shoes. Glass slippers sound WAY painful, in pudding!

November Fishing Tournament

Big Top was finally feeling better today. He gave me a turntable to thank me for the medicine I took him while he was sick.

Big Top: Hey, Mr. J! Thanks for giving me that medicine the other day!Octavian was pretty confident about the fishing tournament going on.

Octavian: Either way, I don't see how you can win against me! GAHAHA!But before I did any fishing of my own, I headed over to Tom’s town. It’s his birthday, so happy birthday Tom!

Tom's house. His friends Alex and Pichi also joined in, but we got disconnected after a couple minutes. Tom reopened his gate, and this time I was joined by Kian. He had an axe out, and he looked like Villager!

Tom, Jeff, and Kian in Tomville.Tom dressed up in stripes, but he just ended up looking like a stripy elf.

Tom wearing stripes.I had a little chat with Savannah, but she didn’t remember me! Probably because many of my visits here end in disconnections.

Savannah: Nice to meet you! I'm Savannah. And your name is Jeff? Got it.Kian, Tom, and I went up to Club LOL, and we got to hear K.K. Birthday.

K.K.: Tom41, I got you a present. It's the perfect song, just for you. K.K. Birthday!Tom’s friend Santa Peter also came over and we listened to a couple more of K.K.’s performances.

Tom getting up close and personal with K.K.After Tom and I left the club, Tom tried to end the session…but couldn’t. Kian had started another K.K. song, so we all used our angry emotions at him.

Jeff: Even Santa's mad at you!But once the song ended, Tom ended the session. Back in Forest, I started fishing for some black bass for Chip. I had to catch about 10 of them before I beat Octavian’s record, though. But once I did, Chip rewarded me with a red-snapper chair.

Chip: Oh, that's right! Let me give you a red snapper chair in honor of your new record! Great!I customized my small LED display with the Animal Crossing logo and put it in my house.

My customized small LED displays. After 6:00, I was able to go inside Chip’s tent for the fishing tournament winners ceremony. My 22.6 inch black bass held on for the top spot. Octavian finished in 2nd place, and Rolf was 3rd.

Chip: Jeff!I then went up to the museum to add the trophy to my trophy room exhibit.

My many trophies. And I also took a look at my red-snapper chair.

Sitting on my red snapper chair. After that, I updated my dream town, and Luna told me that Isaiah from Taiwan was my most recent dream visitor.

That’s all I have for today, but I’ll be back with more next time!
