Since last time, I looked at Booker’s house to see the new second floor (from the outside). This is what it currently looks like.
The other night, Rolf noticed a cyclommatus stag in my pockets, and he offered to buy it for 9,600 bells. I quickly agreed to the deal, because that’s even better than its normal selling price of 8,000 bells.
Tonight, Boots asked me for some new furniture. You may remember he recently disposed of his green nine lamp. So this time, I gave him a green eight lamp! Green + eight? It’s gr8!
He really seemed to like it, and he gave me a modern wood shelf in return. Boots also told me that Bob was thinking about moving out of town. So I tracked down the purple cat and changed his mind for him.
Later on, I returned to visit Boots. He was actually sitting down in his house, which is something I don’t see a villager do very often. But he put his eight lamp in the same spot where he previously had the nine lamp. Eight may be less than nine, but it looks equally as good in his house.
Maybe the eight lamp was good luck, because I caught an eight-legged creature right outside of Boots’ house–a tarantula!
When I was almost done playing, I withdrew some money from the bank to give to Booker. He paid off the 298,000 bells for the second floor, and chose to make that upstairs room bigger. I need it to be 8×8 for what I have planned, so I’m not done expanding just yet.
My recent dream visitors have been Claire from Chepstow, Jess from Moonlake, Heather from Sunville, Maddie from L.A., Dan from Paloma, Bluebone from Lazurite, Wayland from Waypoint, Bella from Ordin, Kenzie from Kenton, and Niamh from Spagonia. Thanks for stopping by!
One other note: I will be opening my gate this Sunday (August 20th) for fireworks at 8:00 p.m. Eastern Daylight Time (which is 5 p.m. Pacific time, or 1 a.m. London time). Anyone already on my 3DS friend roster is welcome to come.
