I played one night recently, and wished on some shooting stars. Today, I received a letter from Wishy the shooting star, and he sent me a rococo dresser.
Today (January 27th) is Aurora’s birthday, so I made sure to attend her party. I gave her the rococo dresser as her birthday present. She was polite about it, but I could tell it wasn’t exactly her favorite.
Big Top was also there to help Aurora celebrate.
For the first time since Claudia moved out, I saw a camper at the campsite (in an igloo, of course). So I had the chance to ask someone to move in…but I did not take advantage of that fact once I saw who the camper was: Kitty!
I’m not a big fan of Kitty. And I recently just got rid of her in my ACCF town after a way-too-long stay of nearly four years. So there’s no way I’d ask her to move into New Leaf Forest.
The penguin celebrating a birthday wasn’t in the only aurora in town. The northern lights are always pretty to see, and they look good shining above an igloo.
And just a bit of (possibly surprising) trivia for you. Of the five core Animal Crossing games, New Leaf is the only one that has both igloos and northern lights. (GameCube has igloos, but no northern lights. Wild World has neither. City Folk and New Horizons have northern lights, but no igloos.)
According to Luna, my recent dream visitors include Lonnie from Concord, Benjamin from Sorna, Nohra from Forgot, and Hudson from Quahog. Thanks for stopping by!
