I hopped into the Groosenator and Groose catapulted me into Faron Woods.
The entire forest was flooded.
I went to see the water dragon, and she was creepier than ever. She got all up in my face. Yuck, fish breath.
She saw by my sword that I was the real hero. But she didn’t want to just tell me the part of the song she knew, she made me work for it. She took the music notes (called Tadtones) and threw them all over the flooded woods and I had to go find them all. Not an easy task with these swimming controls I don’t really care for.
Once I found a certain number of them, the elder called me over. He then allowed me to dowse for the remaining Tadtones. Collecting all of them still took quite a while, but I did eventually catch ’em all. I returned to the water dragon and she sang the song for me. Oh joy.
As she emptied the water from the woods, she told me how all this excitement has been rather draining. I then searched out two goddess cubes in Faron Woods that had been eluding me for a while. After that, I saved my game. Next stop, the volcano. Again.
