Hi, I’m Jeff…also known as jvgsjeff on Youtube. I’m starting a new video series called Dream Island Hopping. I’ll be visiting many of your dream islands and featuring a few of my favorite parts of each island, along with some of my (bad?) puns.
The Dream Island Hopping videos are not in-depth and will not show the entire islands. And multiple islands will be featured in each video. But I will also make longer videos of some of the very best dreams I encounter.

I’d say Avonlea is kinda like a small British village where everybody knows everybody and life is simple. Villagers take care of their small yards, with white picket fences, and take pride in tending their flower gardens while wearing fancy hats. Everybody puts wreaths on their door to match the season and the villagers act like they’ve all known each other for the past 50 years. The only discrepancy is the weird catchphrases I give them.

From the boardwalk to the onsen, to the market square and campsite, there is never a dull moment in Ellay!
I also have games set up for multiplayer; musical chairs on the west middle beach, pitfall sumo just east of the town hall (sound familiar? 😉 ), and the Forest Maze in the northwest corner!
The Inn just north of the boardwalk, run by Yuki, is a transitional Japanese inn, with a second floor restaurant! And Yoshi’s house has a library, a cosplay room, and an underground boxing ring. ( 😮 )
I’m always making changes and improvements to Ellay, so I’m excited to see what version you’ll come across in your dream hopping adventures!

Hey, Jeff, I updated my Dream Island on March 20 to commemorate the one-year anniversary of New Horizons, mainly ‘cause I added so much to it. The Dream Address is 9542-0117-7010. It’s got an extended plaza area with a fountain at the center, a swimming pool behind Resident Services, a museum/botanical garden area, an amusement park (you inspired me to make that one), an outdoor restaurant on the beach, and a whole park area with my house on the high ground. You’d LOVE it if you visit it. The island name is Galveston (I hope you show it in a video).

My island, Quad Isle, is forever a work in progress, a 5-star rustic paradise built up without any time traveling or anything like that. Four waterfalls joining into two big waterfalls, villagers spaced out for maximum daily exploration, an “every flower” garden with a rainbow light path, a DIY market on a boardwalk, a private shell-themed lounge, a blue rose garden… it’s a nice escape from quarantine life. Hi Jeff! Spring Day is a 5 star natural but modern island despite being not finished! The entrance to the main plaza is really fun and there’s a a mini outdoor play area, an outdoor library, and nice picnic area by a small rainbow garden! All the villagers are the sweetest plus my house is quite realistic!
(There’s also a large flower area where flower breeding went wrong :o)

Jackal is a bit of a WIP but so far I have a neat small city vibe going in the front with mountain forest in the back. I also have a desert oasis area that I’m told looks like the one in Super Mario Odyssey. I don’t much about that game so I’ll let you be the judge of that haha.

Howdy Jeff! Caledonia’s dream address is DA-4893-3680-2656; this has been redesigned a few times but now it’s just a hellish grid-system with a nice canal. I am slowly approaching a level where I am content with the island save for just furnishing one or two spaces (need a pool, but don’t want to expend more than two design slots!) and some villager’s yards. Hope you have a look at it and enjoy.
There isn’t an inherent theme besides ‘concrete hell with a touch of flower hell’, I suppose. Beach also undone as it’s being used to farm rare palm tree bugs.
