Hello, and welcome to my Animal Crossing: Happy Home Designer Blog! I'm Jeff and here you can follow along with my adventures in the game. Unlike other Animal Crossing games, Happy Home Designer does not run in real-time. So some blog entries will cover multiple game days. Day 102

I recently picked up a pack of Series 2 Amiibo Cards. The six cards it contained were Rhonda, Julian, Drift, Booker, Poncho, and Blaire. Not a bad collection, um, I suppose... (That's my Booker impression).

Even though Booker is probably my favorite of that bunch, I decided to design Poncho's house first. I called him up on the Amiibo phone and he came down to the office. He told me he wanted a wild west space. So I picked out a spot in the desert for him.

I was happy to see that a desert cactus was unlocked with this project; I used several of them in his yard. I also added some tumbleweeds and a covered wagon. There just happened to be a double rainbow in the sky as well.

Surprisingly, two wallpapers (desert vista and western vista) and two carpets (Saharah's desert and western desert) were unlocked with this project. That's unusual. I used the western vista and Saharah's desert. I used all of the items from western set in here, and I led a couple of Dala horses to the watering trough. I also gave Poncho a hammock so he has a place to sleep.

In case you don't know, Nintendo has been deleting older uploads to the HNN (I think maybe two months old or older house designs) so if there were any designs you really want to stay up there you should reupload them.
A big haul of my uploaded designs were deleted; most of them I was okay with since they were my older and not as good designs, but there were some I did like such as Opal's house and the more recently designed public buildings. Anyway here are some of my more recent designs that did stay up so you can visit if you're interested:

@Diana: It seems ridiculous that Nintendo is already deleting uploads; the game has only been out five months! I don't plan on re-uploading any of my previous designs, though. There doesn't seem to be much interest in them, to be honest.
