Hello, and welcome to my Animal Crossing: Happy Home Designer Blog! I'm Jeff and here you can follow along with my adventures in the game. Day 106
Eloise the elephant was on Main Street today, and she said she wanted to be surrounded by green. "Greeeeeeeeeeeeeen," to be specific. Fellow elephant Big Top was standing nearby (wearing all green), but he didn't ask her out on a date or anything. Maybe he just couldn't see how much junk was in her trunk.
Anyway, I gave Eloise a green house. Not to be confused with a greenhouse. I put several trees in her yard, along with a tulip topiary. I used a green fence as well.
The only new furniture item unlocked was a corn plant, although a heart g. balloon and several green hats and clothing items were also unlocked.
Indoors, I used a green wall, a green-argyle floor, and a green rug. Not surprisingly, I also used the green furniture set and a few other green items.
If you'd like to verily verify the greenness of this green house, make like a worm and inch on over to project code 0190-5719-174.
Some of you may be disappointed to hear this, but this blog will not be updated as frequently from now on. I have been doing two entries a week, but this blog will no longer have any certain schedule. I will still try to do any new DLC projects or challenges that come along, and occasionally I'll work on random villagers' houses as well. But the updates will likely be few and far between. Green is my second fave color! That's only next to blue, and Jeremiah has the blue house. Maybe Eloise and Jeremiah can be friends because their fave colors compliment each other 馃煝馃數

Do you happen to know which villager unlocks the round and square topiaries? I need the round one for one of my houses.

I completely understand not updating the blog. Especially as 1) HHD is boring and 2) it's not really a main game. And you'll be starting the HM moon blog - HHD would always eventually be pushed down priority-wise.

@Beth: Yeah, it just got to the point where it's tedious and I haven't been enjoying it much (aside from the occasional projects that I particularly like). But of course it's not gone for good, it just won't have a specific schedule. Much like Jeff's Gaming Blog.

@Jeff: Yeah, I found that even just a few weeks of playing it every day. But I still do enjoy reading your blog (I get my interior design fix from it now :P), so I'm glad it will still be running! :)

Aww I will miss this blog being updated regularly. But what a great house to end it on! I'm sure Eloise loves it.
